| Resumen: | Según las estadísticas los infartos al miocardio han ido en aumento, y significando para muchos pacientes una catástrofe difícil de superar, pueden padecer síntomas limitantes, porque deben asistir al Programa de Rehabilitación Cardiaca. La necesidad no solo es una rehabilitación fisiológica sino también psicosocial, la participación del enfermero profesional es importante por su permanencia continua en la atención directa y por ser el nexo entre el paciente y los demás integrantes de la brigada de salud, lo que permite ayudar al paciente a adaptarse a nuevos estilos de vida, favoreciendo así su rehabilitación integral. Esta investigación estudia la Percepción de los Pacientes acerca de la atención que brinda la enfermera en el servicio de Rehabilitación Cardiaca para satisfacer sus necesidades psicosociales. Los objetivos planteados fueron: Describir la percepción de los pacientes del programa de Rehabilitación Cardiaca acerca de la atención que brinda la enfermera para satisfacer sus necesidades psicosociales y determinar la áreas críticas de la atención que brinda la enfermera, según la percepción del paciente. La metodología utilizada fue de tipo descriptivo y de corte transversal. Esta investigación fue realizada en el INCOR, en una población conformada por todos los pacientes que asisten al Programa de Rehabilitación Cardiaca del 25 de Agosto al 20 de Septiembre y para efectos de la presente investigaciones la muestra de estudio fue 35 personas. Se utilizó como instrumento una escala de percepción tipo Likert modificado. Las conclusiones del estudio fueron: los pacientes del Programa de Rehabilitación Cardiaca tienen una percepción favorable de la atención que brinda la enfermera a sus necesidades psicosociales. Las áreas críticas que se manifiesta según la escala efectuada, es la capacidad de escucha, para lograr la confianza y lograr que el paciente pueda expresar sus dudas, temores, además de comprender la importancia de prevenir nuevos problemas coronarios (AU)^iesThe incidence of the coronary problems has been increasing according to the statistical reports, stops most of the patients, an infarct of the myocardium means a catastrophe difficult to surpass, after the attack cardiac, can suffer Iimitantes symptoms, so that they must attend the Program of Rehabilitation Cardiac. In the done investigation the used methodology is a study descriptive type and of cross section and studies the Perception of the Patients about the attention that the nurse in the service of Rehabilitation offers Cardiac to satisfy his psycho-social necessities. The raised objectives were: To describe the perception of the patients of the program of Rehabilitation Cardiac about the attention that the nurse offers to satisfy his psycho-social necessities and to determine the areas critics of the attention that the nurse offers, according to the perception of the patient. This investigation was made in the INCOR, where the nurse is the personnel who offers the direct attention to the patient, in a population conformed by all the patients who attend the Program of Rehabilitation Cardiac of the 25 of August to the 20 of September and for effects of present the investigations the study sample. A perception scale was used Iike instrument modified Likert type. In this investigation one was like result that the patients of the Program of Rehabilitation Cardiac have a favorable perception of the attention that the nurse offers to his psycho-social necessities. The areas critics that are pronounced according to the conducted scale, are the listening capacity, to obtain the confidence and to obtain that the patient can express his doubts, fears, besides to include/understand the importance of preventing new coronary problems (AU)^ien.
